After receiving the deposit from the customer, the mold making process can begin.

1. Data collection of quotation samples or design drawings

According to the customer's actual samples or design drawings, the factory designers can start to carry out mold design work.

2. Structural Design Optimization

To turn the design plan into a product, there are many problems that need to be considered and prevented by the internal staff of the company, such as how to cooperate with the plastic parts and the equipment shell; how to increase the strength of the plastic parts; how to improve the plastic parts to facilitate mold making and so on.

3. Structure review

The design made by every structural engineer always has problems that he can’t find himself and needs to be checked by other engineers. The position is different, the angle of observation is different, and the judgments drawn will also be different. If there is a mistake, correct it. , If you have any questions, bring them out for discussion, which can improve the level of drawings. During the review, another structural design engineer will conduct a preliminary review of the drawings. The preliminary review takes about half a day to one day. It is necessary to evaluate the drawings from the appearance to the plan. , the upper shell components, lower shell components, surface technology, mold feasibility, and production assembly sequence are fully inspected one by one, and the problem points are recorded. Then enter the second stage---collective review, and list the problems of the preliminary review, Everyone expressed their opinions and unified understanding, which not only ensured that the drawings issued could represent the highest level of the company but also provided an opportunity for structural design engineers to learn and improve.

4. Product 3D drawing design

No matter how well the previous structure is done, it is still only on paper. The structural design needs to be verified with the help of real objects. The 3D drawing design plays a role in verifying the structure. The appearance and size must be consistent with the drawing, which is closer to the final injection molding product. It is also necessary to carefully check the size of the parts to see if there is any problem with the assembly of the whole machine, and whether there are any improvements that can make production more convenient and fast.

Five, mold review

Send the completed 3D drawings to the customer for confirmation, bring up some problems, and discuss solutions with the customer. Update the drawing according to the discussion results, and issue the official mold opening drawing.

6. Project follow-up during the casting period

During the mold opening of plastic parts, it is necessary to follow up on the progress of the project to ensure that every required accessory is the same.

7. Trial

Mold trial and mold modification are the plastic parts trial and mold trimming after the factory completes the mold making to meet the design requirements. Before the mold trial, the samples of other accessories will be followed up. During the mold trial, all accessories will be inspected and checked. Installation inspection, single product inspection includes appearance defect inspection and dimensional inspection, installation inspection is to install all accessories according to the actual assembly sequence of production and find out problems. All problems are listed in turn, and disputed issues are resolved by the customer Make your final decision. If the customer is on-site, he can confirm whether he is qualified in person. If you can't go to the site, you generally need to send samples to the customer to confirm whether it needs to be modified and improved.

8. Change the mold and retry the mold

10. Mold shipment
